And chemical industries use these chemicals widely and to protect the flanges from
the attacks we use nickel alloy. The alloy has all the properties that make the
flanges protective against attacks. As a result, they have to gain more attention
worldwide. The flanges are also having a higher level of strength to work under high
temperature and pressure as well. This is due to the strength the nickel alloy
offers to the flanges during the time of manufacturing. Only the standard process is
used at Astec Tubes for the production of Nickel Flanges.
Our nickel flanges are always available in standard specifications and types. We make
them in different finishes and forms to fulfill the needs of our dearest customers.
We offer them socket weld flange, threaded flange, welding neck flange, buttweld,
lap joint flange, slip-on flange, and more types. These are common products of any
industry.
Henceforth, we put extra care into their design and testing. The hardness test is
done for checking their strength whereas impact-resistant tests, positive material
identification, IGC, ultrasonic test, flaring and flattening test and more are also
done on the Nickel Flanges.
